This site is published by SuperDry Restoration, located at 180 Tices Ln, East Brunswick, NJ 08816. The information here is meant to give you a general sense of who we are and what we do. It is not a substitute for talking to us directly about your specific situation.

Calling, texting, or submitting a form on this site does not by itself create a contract. A contract for restoration work exists only after both you and an authorized representative of SuperDry Restoration sign a written scope of work and you accept the price.

Insurance Claims

We work with most major insurance carriers. We are not affiliated with any specific insurance company. Anything we say about insurance coverage, claim handling, or what your carrier should approve is general guidance based on our experience. The actual coverage decisions on your claim are made by your carrier under your policy. If you want a definitive answer about your coverage, call your carrier directly.

Emergency Service

We make every reasonable effort to dispatch a crew within an hour of an emergency call across our service area. We cannot guarantee a specific arrival time. During severe weather events, multiple-property fires, or natural disasters, response times will be longer than normal because call volume spikes for everyone in the area.

Photos And Documentation

During a project we will take photos and notes for our own records and for your insurance documentation. Those records belong to us. We do not share photos of your property publicly without written consent. If we ever ask to use a project in our portfolio or marketing, you can say no, and that is that.

Limitations

Our liability on any project is limited by the terms of the written contract for that project. The information on this site is provided "as is" and we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. We are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on website information alone, without consulting us about your specific situation.

The SuperDry Restoration name, logo, and the content on this site are owned by SuperDry Restoration. Other brand names mentioned on this site (insurance carriers, manufacturers, industry standards bodies) belong to their respective owners.
